§ 5-2-8 - Collection and disposition of taxes.

SECTION 5-2-8

   § 5-2-8  Collection and disposition oftaxes. – The taxes referred to in § 5-2-6 shall be collected in the mannerprescribed for the collection of city or town taxes and appropriated to the useof the city or town in which the tax is collected.
