§ 5-20.7-15 Fees. – The director is empowered and directed to establish a fee schedule for theapplication, review, examination, and re-examination of applicants forcertification and licensing and for the issuance and renewal of certificatesand for late fees; provided, that the annual fee for a residential or generalappraiser certificate is two hundred dollars ($200).
