§ 5-20-32 - Judicial review of proceedings.

SECTION 5-20-32

   § 5-20-32  Judicial review of proceedings.– Any further appeal from the actions of the director of the department of laborand training shall be in accordance with the provisions of the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
