§ 5-29-39 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances, isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule, or regulation, and the application of those provisions to otherpersons or circumstances, is not affected.
