§ 5-33.2-5 - Application for license – Application fee.

SECTION 5-33.2-5

   § 5-33.2-5  Application for license –Application fee. – Any person who desires to engage in embalming or funeral directing, or both,shall submit, in writing, to the division of professional regulation, anapplication for a license. That application shall be accompanied by a fee setby the department of health.
