§ 5-40.1-17 - Penalty for violations.

SECTION 5-40.1-17

   § 5-40.1-17  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, isguilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars($500).
