§ 5-44-8 - Register of psychologists – Licensing records – Issuance of licenses.

SECTION 5-44-8

   § 5-44-8  Register of psychologists –Licensing records – Issuance of licenses. – The department shall maintain a register of all psychologists licensed underthis chapter which shall be open at all reasonable times to public inspection.The department shall be the custodian of all records pertaining to thelicensing of psychologists.
