SECTION 5-5.1-24

   § 5-5.1-24  Judicial review. – (a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision or order of the attorney generalmade after a hearing or rehearing, whether or not a petition for a hearing wasfiled, may obtain judicial review of the decision by appeal to the superiorcourt in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42.

   (b) Filing of an appeal shall not stay enforcement of thedecision or order of the attorney general unless the stay is obtained from thecourt upon application in accordance with the rules of court or from theattorney general upon any terms and conditions that he or she deems proper.
