§ 5-51-10 Restoration of an expiredlicense. – (a) Application for the restoration of an expired license, which has beenallowed to lapse for more than one year, shall be accompanied by a briefoutline listing the professional activities of the applicant during the lapsedperiod.
(b) The renewal fee must accompany the application forrestoration.
