§ 5-57-3 - Licensing authority – Creation.

SECTION 5-57-3

   § 5-57-3  Licensing authority –Creation. – The department of labor and training shall carry out the functions and dutiesconferred upon it by this chapter and shall be referred to, in that context, as"the licensing authority".
