§ 5-68-9 Fees. – (a) The director shall, in consultation with the board, establish a schedule offees for licenses and for renewal as licenses for radiologic technologists.
(b) The initial application fee and renewal fee shall notexceed one hundred and seventy dollars ($170), and shall be prescribed in rulesand regulations.
