§ 5-69-11 - Complaints.

SECTION 5-69-11

   § 5-69-11  Complaints. – All complaints concerning a licensee's business or professional practice shallbe received by either the licensing board or the department of health. Eachcomplaint received shall be logged, recording at a minimum the followinginformation:

   (1) Licensee's name;

   (2) Name of the complaining party;

   (3) Date of complaint;

   (4) Brief statement of complaint; and

   (5) Disposition.
