§ 5-8.1-16 Board of registration forprofessional land surveyors – Appeals. – Any person aggrieved by any decision or ruling of the board of land surveyorsmay appeal that decision in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 oftitle 42. For the purposes of this section, the board of land surveyors isconsidered a person.
