§ 6-13-10 Unsolicited goods. – The receipt of unsolicited goods, wares, or merchandise through the mail orotherwise shall for all purposes be deemed an unconditional gift to therecipient who may use or dispose of the unsolicited goods, wares, ormerchandise in any manner he or she sees fit without any obligation on his orher part to the sender.
