§ 6-30-4 Penalty for violation. – Anyone who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of amisdemeanor. Any person, firm, or corporation, which has been found guilty ofviolating any provision of this chapter, or any person, firm, or corporationacquiring derivative rights from someone found guilty shall be prohibited frommaintaining any civil action for the recovery of any debt created through theuse of the credit card.
