SECTION 6A-2.1-520

   § 6A-2.1-520  Lessee's incidental andconsequential damages. – (1) Incidental damages resulting from a lessor's default include expensesreasonably incurred in inspection, receipt, transportation, and care andcustody of goods rightfully rejected or goods the acceptance of which isjustifiably revoked, any commercially reasonable charges, expenses orcommissions in connection with effecting cover, and any other reasonableexpense incident to the default.

   (2) Consequential damages resulting from a lessor's defaultinclude:

   (a) Any loss resulting from general or particularrequirements and needs of which the lessor at the time of contracting hadreason to know and which could not reasonably be prevented by cover orotherwise; and

   (b) Injury to person or property proximately resulting fromany breach of warranty.
