§ 7-11-803 Uniformity of application andconstruction. – This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purposeto make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter amongstates enacting it and to coordinate the interpretation and administration ofthis chapter with the related federal laws and regulations.
