§ 7-12-31 - Duty of partners to render information.

SECTION 7-12-31

   § 7-12-31  Duty of partners to renderinformation. – Partners shall render on demand true and full information of all thingsaffecting the partnership to any partner or the legal representative of anydeceased partner or partner under legal disability.
