§ 7-12-37 - Nature of partner's interest in the partnership.

SECTION 7-12-37

   § 7-12-37  Nature of partner's interest inthe partnership. – A partner's interest in the partnership is his or her share of the profits andsurplus, and his or her share of the profits and surplus is personal property.
