§ 7-13-36 Right to distribution. –Subject to §§ 7-13-37 and 7-13-47, and unless otherwise provided inthe partnership agreement at the time a partner becomes entitled to receive adistribution, he or she has the status of, and is entitled to all remediesavailable to, a creditor of the limited partnership as to the distribution. Apartnership may provide for the establishment of a record date with respect toallocations and distributions by a limited partnership.
