§ 7-6-38 - Right to amend articles of incorporation.

SECTION 7-6-38

   § 7-6-38  Right to amend articles ofincorporation. – A corporation may amend its articles of incorporation, from time to time, inany respect desired, as long as its articles of incorporation, as amended,contain only provisions that are lawful under this chapter.
