§ 7-6-66 - Filing of decree of dissolution.

SECTION 7-6-66

   § 7-6-66  Filing of decree of dissolution.– In case the court enters a decree dissolving a corporation, it is the duty ofthe clerk of the court to file a certified copy of the decree with thesecretary of state. No fee shall be charged by the secretary of state for thatfiling.
