§ 7-6-76 Effect of certificate ofauthority. – Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority by the secretary of state, thecorporation is authorized to conduct affairs in this state for those purposesset forth in its application, subject, however, to the right of the state tosuspend or to revoke the authority as provided in this chapter.
