§ 7-6-98 - Powers of secretary of state.

SECTION 7-6-98

   § 7-6-98  Powers of secretary of state.– The secretary of state has the power and authority reasonably necessary toenable him or her to administer this chapter efficiently and to perform theduties imposed on him or her by this chapter.
