§ 8-10-34 - Court secretary and assistant.

SECTION 8-10-34

   § 8-10-34  Court secretary and assistant.– The justices of the family court, or a majority of them, may appoint asecretary and an assistant secretary who shall hold office during the pleasureof the court and shall perform such duties as may be required by the court.
