§ 8-10-44 Annual appropriations. –The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as shall be necessaryto carry out the purposes of this chapter; and the state controller is herebyauthorized and directed to draw his or her order on the general treasurer forthe payment of such sum, or so much thereof as may be required from time totime, upon receipt by him or her of duly authenticated vouchers approved by thechief judge of the family court.
