§ 8-8-1 - District Court established – Chief and associate justices.

SECTION 8-8-1

   § 8-8-1  District Court established –Chief and associate justices. – There is established a district court for the state of Rhode Island which shallconsist of a chief judge and twelve (12) associate judges. The district courtshall be a court of record and shall have a seal with such words and devices asit shall adopt.
