§ 8-8-29 - Court stenographer in tax cases.

SECTION 8-8-29

   § 8-8-29  Court stenographer in tax cases.– Any party may obtain the services of a court stenographer in the district courtin a tax case, and that party shall pay all costs of the court stenographer.
