§ 8-9-6 - Town or city clerk as clerk of court.

SECTION 8-9-6

   § 8-9-6  Town or city clerk as clerk ofcourt. – The town or city clerk of each town and city, unless special provision is madeby law or charter to the contrary, shall be the clerk of the probate court ofthe town or city.
