§ 9-18-10 - Time of taking deposition.

SECTION 9-18-10

   § 9-18-10  Time of taking deposition.– Depositions may be taken as provided in this chapter at any time; provided,however, that no deposition to be used in a jury trial shall be taken duringthe progress of the trial, except upon order of the justice presiding.
