§ 9-2-16 - Joinder of husband and wife as plaintiffs.

SECTION 9-2-16

   § 9-2-16  Joinder of husband and wife asplaintiffs. – A husband and wife may join as parties plaintiffs in the same action to recoverdamages for negligence and shall be entitled to recover their respectivedamages in that action.
