§ 9-22-3 - Dismissal for failure to give surety.

SECTION 9-22-3

   § 9-22-3  Dismissal for failure to givesurety. – Upon the neglect of the plaintiff to comply with an order of the courtrequiring a surety or another surety, as provided in § 9-22-1, his or heraction or suit may be dismissed with costs for the defendant.
