§ 9-24-11 Hearing and determination ofappeals. – Upon any cause being brought by appeal to the supreme court, that court shallhear and determine the appeal and affirm, reverse, or modify the decree orjudgment appealed from, and make such orders and decrees therein as shall bejust.
