§ 9-25-11 - Bracketed words in forms.

SECTION 9-25-11

   § 9-25-11  Bracketed words in forms. –If the execution issued by any court is one which may run against the body ofthe defendant, the words included in brackets in the forms prescribed in§§ 9-25-7 – 9-25-10 shall be retained, otherwise they shall bestricken out.
