§ 9-26-8 - Sale of mortgaged property.

SECTION 9-26-8

   § 9-26-8  Sale of mortgaged property.– When levied on, whether by virtue of an attachment or otherwise, mortgagedproperty shall be sold by the officer as in other cases of levies on personalproperty on executions.
