§ 9-4-7 - Filing of papers and payment of entry fee.

SECTION 9-4-7

   § 9-4-7  Filing of papers and payment ofentry fee. – No proceedings, original or appellate, shall be deemed to be entered until thenecessary papers are properly filed and the entry fee, if any is required, ispaid.
