Section 1-26A-5 - Continuation of existing rules.

1-26A-5. Continuation of existing rules. The provisions of the 1974 Administrative Rules of South Dakota insofar as they are the same as those of existing rules, shall be construed as a continuation of those rules and not as new enactments.
