1-36-7.3. Performance of functions of former Division of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. The functions of the former Division of Mental Health and Mental Retardation under chapter 1-36 and Titles 27A and 27B are transferred to the Department of Human Services and the secretary of human services, and may be organized within the department as the secretary, with the approval of the Governor, shall designate.
