Sections 10-41-37, 10-41-38 - Appeal to Supreme Court by state. Notice and bond required on appeal
10-41-37. Appeal to Supreme Court by state. The state shall have the right to appeal in the same manner and to the same effect within thirty days from the receipt of notice given by the clerk of courts or any person interested in the property involved to the Department of Revenue and Regulation of the entry of such decree.
