11-7-44. Work contracts and purchases to be awarded on competitive bids. All construction work, and work of demolition or clearing, and every purchase of equipment, supplies, or materials, necessary in carrying out the purposes of this chapter, shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of chapter 5-18.
