11-9-40. Sale of bonds or notes--Other municipal bonding provisions applicable. Tax incremental bonds or notes may be sold at public or private sale at a price which the governing body deems in the best interests of the municipality. Insofar as they are consistent with this chapter, the provisions of chapter 9-25 relating to procedures for issuance, form, contents, execution, negotiation, and registration of municipal bonds and notes shall be followed.
