Section 11-11-32 - Environmental planning--Purposes.
11-11-32. Environmental planning--Purposes. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to stimulate environmental planning for housing in order to enhance opportunities of such persons for self-development and employment.
