Section 11-11-94 - Personal liability not created by bonds or notes.

11-11-94. Personal liability not created by bonds or notes. Neither the commissioners or executive director of the authority nor any other person executing such notes or bonds shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof.
