Section 15-26A-16 - Response to petition.
15-26A-16. Response to petition. Within seven days after the service of the petition, any party to the action may serve and file a response thereto. The original and five copies of the answer shall be filed with the clerk of the Supreme Court.
The petition and any response shall be submitted without oral argument unless otherwise ordered.
