25-10-31. Evaluation of abuse programs and services. Evaluation of programs and services pursuant to §§ 25-10-26 to 25-10-33, inclusive, shall include a description of services, an analysis of the effectiveness of the program or service and an accounting of the use of state funds for the program or service.
