3-12A-3. Commissioner as chief administrative officer--Duties--Employment of personnel. The commissioner of the Bureau of Personnel is the chief administrative officer for the plan. The commissioner shall perform such duties as are required in this chapter. The commissioner shall employ such administrative, technical, and clerical employees as are required for the proper administration of the insurance program established in this chapter or contract with another party to provide such administration.
