33-10-5. Courts-martial governed by Uniform Code of Military Justice. The constitution and jurisdiction of courts-martial, the form and manner in which the proceedings of military courts are conducted and recorded, the forms of oaths and affirmations taken in the administration of military law by such courts, and the limits of punishment and the proceedings in revision are governed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 801 et seq., in effect on January 1, 2007, and the South Dakota manual for courts-martial.
