Section 33-16-13 - Qualifications of employees--Duties.
33-16-13. Qualifications of employees--Duties. All employees of the Division of Veterans Affairs below the level of director shall be selected as provided by chapter 3-6A. However, all employees shall be veterans, if available. These employees shall perform duties assigned to them by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
