33-16-25. County commissioners to assist service officer. The board or boards of county commissioners shall furnish the county veterans' service officer with such assistance and clerical help as may be necessary, when, in the opinion of the board or boards of county commissioners and the State Division of Veterans Affairs such action would be in the public interest.
