33-17A-17. Notice of hearing. Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a conservator under §§ 33-17A-1 to 33-17A-40, inclusive, notice of hearing shall be given as provided in § 33-17A-22 or 33-17A-35, whichever may be applicable. Notice shall be given in the same manner to the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs.
